How fast can I really get my website?
We typically have a first draft ready for you to review within 24-48 hours after our initial call. Once you approve it, we can go live the same day.
Do I have to write the text myself?
No. We write all the headlines, service descriptions, and company info for you. We just need a 15-minute call to learn about your business.
What if I don't have good photos?
No problem. We have a library of high-quality, professional stock photos for every trade. We encourage you to send us real photos later, but we can launch without them.
What does the $49/month cover?
It covers high-speed hosting, SSL security certificate (the little lock icon), daily backups, and unlimited text/image updates. Basically, we make sure your site stays online and updated.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. If you want to cancel, just let us know. We'll even help you transfer the domain if you bought it through us.
Do I own the website?
You own the content and the domain name. The design code is part of our platform service.
Will my website show up on Google?
Yes. We build every site with SEO best practices (proper titles, headings, and keywords). We also help you set up your Google Business Profile, which is the most important thing for local SEO.
Can I use my own domain name?
Absolutely. If you already have one (like GoDaddy), we'll connect it. If you don't, we can buy one for you.
What if I need to change my phone number or add a service later?
Just text or email us. We handle those changes for you as part of your monthly plan, usually within 24 hours.
Do you build e-commerce sites (online stores)?
No. We specialize in lead-generation sites for service businesses. If you need to sell products online, we recommend Shopify.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, a one-time setup fee of $299. This covers the time it takes us to build, write, and design your custom site.
